Masterprint and the environment
We are a printing company dedicated to manufacturing the highest quality products, while doing so in an environmentally responsible manner. Since our inception we have strived to be responsible for the way in which our raw materials are consumed and recycled, by minimising pre-consumer waste and unnecessary power consumption in the manufacturing process.
We continue to seek out the best partners and resources that mirror our commitment of creating a better environment

Masterprint recycle our all our paper, plastic and our small amount of chemical waste. We use lithographic inks made from vegetable oils rather than petrochemicals. We are moving away from hydrocarbon based press chemicals, and, those containing Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOC)’s. The papers that we choose to use are ISO 14001 EMS and/or Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified, which require responsible forestry practices. In addition, if you wish, we can also use 100% recycled papers and those that are produced completely carbon neutral.

Our state of the art Fujifilm ProV CT-Plate pre-press equipment places us at the forefront of our industry with the use of low chemistry computer-direct-to-plate (CTP) technology. Our pre-press system does not require a post exposure rinse, and, as a result, mains water is completely eliminated, therefore our water consumption is considerably reduced. As a "closed system" we have minimised the opportunity for any waste to enter our sewage or storm water systems to contaminate our ecosystem.
